  4. Right neck nd head pain. Y so?

Right neck nd head pain
I hv too much pain in right side of neck and head.. In my test there was right nerve root compression..but y there is the pain in head also..what is the reason..who can treat this problem.. Ortho or neuro.. I take pregaballin nd nortriptyline tablets daily one at night with ciplar la.. Calcium nd vitamin d..but no improvement y so??

• Hot fomentation x twice daily. • Neck Exercises. • Neck Stretching. • Postural Correction. • Shoulder Shrugs . • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Take frequent Breaks at work
