Right medial condyle fracture
Hello sir, I have undergone ORIF surgery on 3rd may 2022 and nail and screw was implanted after two months nail was removed and only screw left so i desire to remove that implant screw to return to my normal life as due to implant i feel numbness in arm even cant work out .i got so bulky fat due to glucose intake used during treatment and when i place arm feel pain . and i also muscle tear in back place near right hip kindly suggest me about implant removal and treatment to muscle tear i m little bit difficult for walking here by attaching latest x ray of right arm

Numbness in arm may be due to some other reasons. Screws can be removed as fracture united well.

The fracture seems to be united. The numbness in your arm might not go after removing screw , it may persist it can be due to nerve compression.. The screw irritation to skin can be better after removal though..
The muscle tear at hip is other problem that needs examination.
Get both examined clinically for proper treatment.

Hii, get the screw removed.. it may irritate the skin all the time when u rest the elbow on the chair.
