Right lower back ache
Getting severe back pain in the right lowerside and it is found in x ray that disc space is between the lower discs is reduced on right side. Kindly advise

If the symptoms have appeared recently and pain is only in the lower back and not in the leg, we may consider giving a trial of good physiotherapy for 2-3 weeks. If pain persists or you develop muscle weakness you need to consult an Orthopedic surgeon right away.
