Hello doctor, I have pain on my right leg for past 3 weeks on and off. Sometimes just above the ankle, sometimes in the thigh, sometimes in the foot, most of the times behind the knee in upper part of calf muscle while walking. While lying on bed or sitting the pain is on and off on these areas. I have no swelling, no fever, no redness. Sometimes the pain is felt in buttock as well. I had done CBC, d-dimer, arterial and venous Doppler of right leg (attached). I am currently on Dolonex DT (1-0-1), Ecosprin 75 (0-1-0), Pan 40 (1-0-1) for past 3 days. Sometimes it feels pain is reduced and sometimes there is no change. The pain behind the knee in upper calf while taking step is there most of the time.
Please can you advise whether these results are sufficiently rule out DVT? And what could be the possible reason for pain?
