I had tendon repair surgery in my right foot 20 days ago suddenly today I am feeling pain in my leg. Is it something to worry

Flair up of infection should be ruled out. Kindly go back to the  surgeon  who operated on you .

Take medicine for pain.. if pain persist even after medicine, then need to worry.. otherwise ok

Post operative period, pain occurrence is common. If pain is present even while taking pain killers, if toes/finger discoloration noted, if swelling present and increases, then these are red flag signs and need to visit hospital sos.
