Right Knee legament tear.
Sir I ve attached my right knee n hip MIR report. My ortho has told me to put knee cap n physio for hip. Pls tel in detail coz I am worried. Is it major problem and is it curable.

Hi, I am Dr Nitish M.D. This is not a big injury. This kind of tear generally heals with rest but sometimes pain may persist, In that case a small arthroscopic surgery may be needed. Prolotherapy or PRP therapy is a good option to treat this kind of injury. Only a small injection is given in the knee, there is no side effect. This injection stimulates the body's repair mechanism.
