Right hand severe pain
Hi, I have done my ultrasound of right elbow... I have severe pain and even I cannot eat or lift my hand.. In ultrasound the impression is Changes of lateral epicondyliti in the common extensor tendon. Posterior interosseois entrapment neuropathy at arcade of frohse with mild atrophy of extensor digitorium muscle.. Doctor says surgery is only the solution.. Please suggest if surgery is done pain will be relief or not..

The issue is with never entrapment. Nerve has to be released.
