Depends on the situation. Most cases start getting vision though blurry on day 1 . But some take longer. Best to consult your doctor to know about the real time picture. It's difficult to generalise a post op situation online!

Hi The healing takes time depending on age , type of cataract and eye cornea health Etc. Most of the people see well within One week Just give it sometime .

I in-still per operative air, which impairs visions for 2-3 days But the post operative results are excellent. Therefore this type of delay is expected. You need not worry and come in for another appointment within the next 3-5 days for a post op checkup.
