Right adenexa cystic size:5*3 cm
Hi, I was having random stomach ache, also constipation issue. I visited gynaecologist and she suggested me to undergo ultrasound. My reports says I have cystic mass of 5*3 cm in my right ovary. I am very much worried, please confirm its not something to worry right? My CA125 = 16 U/mL. Please confirm is it something to worry? Also please confirm this cyst is nothing to do with pregnancy right? I am not pregnant right? I am an unmarried girl and sexual active. Please answer. Thanks in advance.

You are not pregnant now. Cyst has nothing to do with pregnancy. Repeat ultrasound after 4 months to see whether the cyst has resolved or increasing in size. Most cysts get resolved on its own.
