Rice during cold
Why should we not eat rice, curd and citrus fruits during cold? I was advised not to and would appreciate your suggestions

I eat all these things during the cold and don't advise anyone to avoid these.

Rice and curd usually aggrevated mucus formation and triggers more cold.. Citric fruits triggers acid reflux again causing cough.. But not a hard and fast rule !! .. Based on how majority of population respond its usually advised to avoid
