Rheumatoid arthritis

I have had pain in both hands and fingers for a month now, got tested for arthritis and got all the blood work done , even went to 2 rheumatologists they say I don't have arthritis, I have a high uric acid , and tsh is 8 could that be the the reason for pain in both hands
