My blood group is A negative, does that mean I'm Rh negative? Husband's blood group is B positive. Will this impact pregnancy in future?

Yes you are RH negative. No husband’s blood group will not have any direct adverse effects on pregnancy. Inform your doctor about your blood group when you become pregnant.
