Retro placental collection or hematoma
I am 15 weeks pregnancy my scan report says retro placental collection or hematoma ! what does it means ... as well as posterior low lying placenta.... What are the precautions I have to take ?

It means you could be having threatened abortion.. You need to tk care.. Have progesterone support , bedrest and avoid exertion..avoid travel , lifting weight , sex and constipation. Consult your gynaecologist for further information

You have to more bed rest . Progesterone support is compulsory.Because due to low lying placenta chances of bleeding is there.Retroplacental clots does not cause any harm it will absorb slowly.Donot lift the weight.
