Retroplacantal collection
I am 19 weeks 3 days and in level2 USG I got anterior low lying placenta. A retroplacantal collection measuring 53x52x37 mm vol 53cc covering internal os. Placental maturation grade is 2. I had subchorionic hematoma of 0.4 cc at 6 weeks which got resolved in 2 weeks. I had a miscarriage at 21 weeks last year July with DNC (no cause found). I am confused and scared if this is threatening to my baby? Baby's growth is good till now.
