Retracted or inverted nipple
Today I realised one of my nipple when I lie down looks a bit odd and flat as I lie down, is it inverted or retracted, but when touched it immediately stands out and this flatness is only seen as I lie down, I'm attaching the picture, also as I lie down I sometimes get wrinkles in areola. Is it normal or a sign of something serious like cancer. Pls help.

It appears to be fine. But once visit a gynaecologist in person for physical examination just to be sure.

It is the normal response of the nipple. You should consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination. You can hold the nipple between the two fingers and give a rotatory massage with Olive oil or Masse breast cream.
