Retest or retreatment?
I was diagnosed with chlamydia.. Igm=1.28 Igg=0.16 Took treatment with doxycycline for 14days.. After 1 month post treatment i took serum test again.. Came as Igm=0.80 Igg=0.12 What should i do now... Is it negative or again test is required or again treatment? Y didnt it reduce much... Is it because i still have infection? (I DIDNT GET TEST FOR GONORRHOEA) Was given metronidazole and cefixime along.. Should i get test for gonorrhoea also? I am having itching vagina and anus.. Kindly help.. I am confused

There is distinct decrease in your level of IgM. Now it has become  0.8 , that is in the category of negative. As far as Chlamydia is concerned,  your treatment is on the right track.  As far as Gonorrhea is concerned you have taken Cefixime.  Gonorrhea is susceptible to it. You should get it tested but treatment is complete
