Yes, it can be fixed . If the fracture is not involving the pulp then it can be saved by doing filling but if pulp is involved then RCT is done followed by capping.

you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it. if there is no infection, you can go for veneers.
Hi..It can be repaired by a composite filling if the fracture has not touched the nerve.or else RCT and crown should be done if the fracture has touched the nerve. There are a lot many dentists in Varanasi who will do the job. However, we will be happy to help you if given an opportunity.

Tooth has three layers if fracture occured in outer or middle layer it can be restored with composite filling but if there is fracture extending upto inner layer which contains nerves then you will have to undergo root canal treatment aftet that go for crown.
