If you have recurring throat infection ,take swab for culture sensitivity to identify the organism. Your thyroid function tests shows increase in T4 and lower TSH indicates hyperthyroidism. ESR could be high due to infection or hyperthyroidism GGT level rises due to many factors , including liver disease ,alcohol drinks, fatty liver
Next Steps
consult with your doctor for evaluation of hyperthyroidism and further management as it needs to be under doctors supervision

Hi., I can understand your concern. TSH is low, suggesting hyperthyroidism. Ggt will be normal, once you're following proper diet and exercise. High ESR is due to infection. Consult for antibiotic course. If issue persist plan for peripheral blood smear.
