Ruk ruk ke bleeding hoti he means there may be some obstruction due to nabothion cysts or due to some hormonal changes. Reduce weight. Exercise daily . Avoid junk, fast, bakery, fermented, maida food items. Do panchkarma procedure Vaman and Basti. Can start Sukumar kashay with kanyalohadi vati . Consult online or come to clinic.
