Please tell me about my report about crystals and others am having mild pain in left elbow and  shoulder

Need to do KFT (kidney function test), Urine culture to rule out urine infection and USG whole abdomen to look for any kidney stones. Meanwhile take enough liquids orally 2-2.5 litres per day.
