Sir I have recently done my urine routine and culture report Albumin-trace Reaction -acidic Rbc- nil Pus cell-2 to3 Ephetial cell- 1to 2 Culture report No growth seen after 72 hours With this report is anything to worry or not

He need to get to get CT kub to know the stone status of d kidneys. If any stones are der to be cleared by urologist. And regarding creatinine meet a nephrologist and medication to be followed.
