What does this means
A nabothian cyst of size ~ 5 mm seen in cervix.
Right ovary is normal in size and volume measures ~ 9.3 cc.
Left ovary shows cystic lesion of size ~ 30 x 31 mm - possibly hemorrhagic cyst / simple cyst.
Both adnexa are clear. No adnexal mass is seen on either side.
Mild free fluid seen in cul-de-sac.
