I had tested for Mantoux and RA factor, report showing positive, but as per doctor I don't have TB, but have arthritis because of that my ESR is high,
Please suggest should I re-check

As per these reports. Your doctor is correct as the mantoux test is not a 100% confirmatory test for tuberculosis. It can also be falsely positive. And as your rheumatoid factor is positive with high CRP , it indicates towards diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis
The reports need to be interpreted along wirh your clinical symptoms .mantoux positive is only suggestive ,not confirmatory.it is also positive with an infection in the past.
