Your total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol are high and triglycerides levels are above normal.You may need medications to bring down cholesterol levels especially LDL .Diet modifications like Avoiding fatty food, using fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet, exercising daily for 30 minutes,5 days in a week will help you in the management of cholesterol levels.
