Repeat brain scan -mild ventriculomegaly
I had to rescan to check the unilateral left ventricle of the baby. Is this enough should get another scan this week Is it too risky? Is there a chromosomal problem

This scan appears to be enough Mild ventriculomegaly  can be normally present without any sequelae In your case there is no hydrocephalus so no need to worry
Next Steps
repeat scan after 4 weeks close follow up after delivery

At 33 weeks no further scans are required to assess the ventricles Baby needs to be assessed following delivery
