HELLO, CONSULT A PHYSIOTHERAPIST AS VERY FINE MOVEMENT HAS TO BE DONE IN SPECIALLY DESIGNED STAIRS FOR FINGER. DON'T HANG YOUR HAND AS SUCH PUT A SLING SO THAT YOU CAN PUT YOU HAND, OTHERWISE SWELLING AS WELL AS PAIN INCREASED. DIP YOUR FINGER IN HOT WATER N TRY TO MAKE A FIST. ONE SOFT BALL PURCHASE AND TRY TO PRESS IT. PING PONG BALL FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY. THESE ARE FEW EXERCISE YOU CAN TRY. O.K BYE.
