Hi.. It takes usually 7-10 days to get out of the uneasiness after removal. You should use betadine rinsing for a week more and visit you dentist if still uneasiness continues. Regards

Hello there ... Without a clinical picture ... It would be difficult to comment anything... Just keep that area clean by rinsing with leukwarm salt water 3-4 times a day... That will not only keep the area clean but also potentiates the healing ... Uneasiness n headache might be due to the post operative medicines... Take care ..!!

Your problem might be that of a condition called Dry Socket....as you have not specified about how many days back your tooth was extracted,this is the most probable diagnosis.... Any how visit your local dentist and get it treated....
