Removal of Birthmark

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have a birthmark which can be considered as an extension of skin and it has grown since birth. As it is behind my ear I have never operated it. I wish to get it operated and wants to know if its possible, what would be iys implications and how much it would cost. Attaching few images to get better diagnosis.
