My widal test values are as follows:
Salmonella Typhi O Antigen : 1:40
Salmonella Typhi H Antigen : 1:40
Salmonella Paratyphi AH Antigen : 1:20
Salmonella Paratyphi BH Antigen : 1:20
So is this a negative report? If yes does it mean that there's no typhoid at all or that it could later develop into typhoid?

Above report is normal, it's negative.
It will not convert into typhoid later
And Widal is non specific test.
A person typically contracts typhoid through contaminated food and drinking water. It may also pass from person to person by carriers who do not know they carry the bacteria.
