Related to fever
I am having 98.8- 99.1 fever in evening From last 15 days had some stomuch issue like gastric and bit pain ,got tested for typhoid got negative report ( was eating antibiotics from day 1) Doctor said low grade typhoid and prescribed ceftas 400 twice vizilac rich and sompraz d40 twice and levoflax 500 once. Still having fever 99 sometime goes without paracetamol in sometime mostly. Is it ok to have body temperature 99 or 99.1 in evenings.

Get ESR and CRP.quantitative....if abnormal.you will need further evaluation....if normal then no need to worry.

if report was negative for typhoid, antibiotics should not have been started ideally and symptomatic management should be done only. yes, sometimes fever upto 99.1 can occur.
Next Steps
seems you have taken antibiotics for 2 weeks now so you can discontinue antibiotics, and rather do excercise and build immunity by proper diet. get tested after a week or so if fever and other symptoms persist.
