I am regularly getting sick with fever, throat pain, upper respiratory infection or cough (atleast once in a month) and it is causing a lot of inconvenience. I also get sick when I am exposed to a lot of people and when I am in cold temperatures. Does this mean that my immunity is low or is it a symptom of any underlying health condition. Can you suggest the possible reasons and ways to identify and solve the problem.
