Possible Causes: Tension-type headache (most likely): Mild, dull, pressure-like pain. Gradually builds during the day. Improves with rest or sleep. Eye strain: From prolonged screen use or incorrect glasses. Dehydration or irregular meals: Skipping water or food can trigger dull headaches. Caffeine withdrawal or overuse: Sudden change in tea/coffee habit. Stress, posture, or sleep issues: Common in working individuals or homemakers. ✅ What You Can Do: Stay hydrated – drink 8–10 glasses of water daily. Check your screen time and take eye breaks every 20 mins. Maintain regular sleep schedule – 7–8 hrs of quality sleep. Try simple OTC pain relief like paracetamol if needed occasionally. Practice stress relief – yoga, stretching, walking. ⚠️ When to See a Doctor: If the headache becomes more severe or frequent. If associated with vision changes, vomiting, numbness, or neck stiffness. If it continues beyond 1–2 weeks despite lifestyle changes. 🧘‍♀️ Conclusion: Most likely a tension-type headache, which improves with rest and lifestyle care. but watch if it worsens.
