Bhujang Asana â Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
U can Consult a good physio who can take care of it with new techniques like manual therapy ,needing, cupping u can reduce pain also then followed by a sessions of exercise covering a variety of exercise , or a gud spine specialist Dr.Nikhil Arbatti
