Needs more history about your symptoms like whether lifting of heavy weight , or shifting goods from one place to other, sleeping in direct contact of AC or cooler etc. whether long term sitting habit, or history of UTI. For your present symptoms you can take muscle relaxant and painkiller. If you can do Physiotherapy then it will be helpful, hot water fomentation of back will also work for you.
Next Steps
For further clarification you can consult online or can reachout clinic .
