He is a healthy baby from then reacjed all milestones on time(ex:crawling,smiling,standing,sitting,walkinh...etc) he had command following and good eye contact till 15 montb of life but after that he regressed. Stopped making eye contact, doesnt understand commands, no response on his name... Can it cause ny manengitis ot it is a symptom of autism. Can autism cause by manengitis????

These symptoms are suggestive of autism. In some kids autism has been linked to underlying medical condition . Meningitis being one of them.
