Regrading brown discharge
Iam pcos patient , in month of december i had miscarriage, I got again period on jan8th after 10 to 12 days of period I started having brown mucus spotting with white discharge , from past 2 days its light brown mucus discharge and also having white discharge also , I did not get period also , can it be pregnancy or any thing else

Did you have a D&E after you were diagnosed as Missed abortion? If you have had a Medical abortion,  please get a sonography done and consult a Gynecologist with your reports

Needs an ultrasound to rule out incomplete abortion or retained products of conception

Getting an ultrasound would be best to know if any product of conception is there yet. The lining of endonetrium would be seen in ultrasound best.
