Regestrone 5 mg+ krimson35
I am suffering from pcod since 2018. But for the past 2 years, I have gained weight and also periods were very irregular. I had done usg last month and my ovaries sizes are 4*3.7*2.2(right) and 3.9*1.7*4.6(left). I have started reducing weight and maintaining healthy diet for the past couple of months. I am also presribed regestrone 5mg ( 10 tabs, before periods) and krimson 35( after period ends )( 3 packets of 21 tabs each). Now my question is I do not remember the frequency of the tabs per day. Should I take 2 per day of regestrone for 5 days and after my period ends , 1 krimson 35 per day for 21 days ?
