Regarding Weight Loss
I have Hypothyroidism and PCOD. I am advised to reduce my weight which is currently 83.5. Have to reduce it to 62 (Target Weight) Need a proper diet plan (Eggeterian). could you please help ? I am going for gym workouts in mornings for around 1 hour.

Hi I understand your concern. But for Pcod n hypothyroidism issues you need to have lot of patience as weight loss is bit slow generally. You avoid any deep fried items N sweets, maida products, Carbonated drinks. Have fruits and vegetables in raw form in salads etc. Do exercises which suits your body type not some random exercises without guidance. It is always recommended that you don't diet or exercise without a customized plan solely made for you. You can consult any of us personally or any one in your locality.

A healthy weight loss is achieved by following a proper diet and exercise and being consistent. Restrict your calorie intake to 1200 k cal while choosing a balanced diet. Follow regular exercise especially jogwalk . As you have hypothyroid issue, try having Jeera- dhaniya concoction to help digestion and metabolism. Also make sure you don't get cobstipated.
