Regarding vitamin protein
Hello doctor how 'll I know that I am getting proper vitamins, proteins etc. From the daily foods I intake. Because my weight is only 49kgs and not gaining much weight. Everyone day I m taking vegetables n fruits. I don't take outside foods. My food habit is good but still my weight is not increasing.

Healthy muscle gain is what is required at your age A balanced diet will promote muscle  and over all development. In case of non-vegetarians, there are lots of option to select from. For pure vegetarians there are many combinations of foods that promote muscle growth. I do not favour protein supplements unless you are a sports person.
