Regarding vitamin d deficiency and bp
I have been on concor am 5 for high blood pressure since 2 years and recently I got diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency level of 16(ref range-30-100 normal).After consulting my doctor I was taking vitamin d3 60k twice per week for 6 weeks.After 3 dosages I saw my heart rate to be low which not earlier.Does vitamin d dosage reduces heart rate and blood pressure if you are deficient in it.Yes I am taking vitamin d with vitamin k2 mk 7.

No vitamin D does not effect heart rate and even does not reduces BP directly
