Age of the baby is: 22 days
Vaccine done at birth: BCG and OPV O
In my area the government provides all free for new born, usually we need to visit Aagan-Badi to get the vaccination done.
My question here is,
Are government vaccinations good, effective and enough?
Or should I go for a private vaccination?

There are 2 types of vaccination. Painless and painful.. in private hospital you have option to put painless vaccine. And vaccination done by Pediatrician only.
