Take tab Drotin 80 mg PO - SOS for pain. And take plenty of water.
Please share details of your symptoms, did you have any problem of urethral discharge before?
Get mid stream sample of first morning sample of urine examined microscopically for confirming infection.
Drink more water daily.

Neeri syp. 5m.l. every 8 hours for 7 days.
For pain, tab paracetamol 500mg one stat, if pain is more.
Light brown or red urine along with pelvic and lower back pain may suggest a possible recurrent urinary tract infection (UTI) or even involvement of the kidneys (like pyelonephritis), especially if pain radiates to the back.
1. Do Not Self-start the Old Medication Yet
• While your previous prescription might have helped, recurrent infections may need a different antibiotic based on resistance patterns or urine culture.
• Starting the wrong antibiotic might mask symptoms without fully curing the infection, or lead to resistance.
Advice:
Urine Routine and Microscopy Test
Urine Culture and Sensitivity
Drink plenty of fluids
Its not common for men to have recurrent UTI. In men such symptoms warrant to undergo thorough evaluation. Pelvic pain with UTI symptoms we need to rule out prostate infection and inflammation called prostatitis.
Next Steps
Get a urine routine test, and get your consultant do a prostate examination. serum PSA is suggested. Better to do an ultrasound too. hygiene and sexual history are also necessary.
Health Tips
Do not take previous antibiotics without professional advice.

Red or brownish urine is not a good sign. It can mean there's blood in the urine, which may happen due to infection, stones, or more serious issues. Since you're getting repeated UTI symptoms, and now the urine is red/brown, it's important not to use old medicines without checking.
Next Steps
Get a urine test done (Urine Routine + Culture) to find the exact cause and which antibiotic is needed.
Don't take previous medicines again without checking with a doctor.
kindly consult a doctor. don't self medicate.
Health Tips
Drink 3–4 litres of water daily, avoid fried or spicy food.
