Regarding Ultrasound
I had my last period on July 5. I had unprotected sex on August 9. I haven't had my periods yet. On September 22 I had an abdominal ultrasound. I have two questions: 1) Does the attached ultrasound report show pregnancy signs? 2) will an abdominal ultrasound show pregnancy this early?

There is some discrepancy in your question. You had your last period on 5 Jul y. You had sexual intercourse on 9 August. What about the period which was due on 5 August ? Did you have it or not? You had an ultrasound scan on 22 September . That is if you had conceived on 9 August, this pregnancy would have been almost 8-9 weeks.  Such a big pregnancy will be diagnosed by any method of diagnosis of pregnancy , whether urine pregnancy test or beta HCG or abdominal ultrasound or TVS . You didn't share the report of the ultrasound scan . For any further information please consult with me on Practo.
