Hello, it is completely understandable that you want to be comfortable and stress-free during your family function. Delaying your period for a few days for an event is very common, and Sysron N 5mg is the exact right medication for this.
Here is exactly how and when you should take it to successfully delay your period:
The Dosage: You should take one tablet, twice a day (one in the morning and one at night). It is best to take it after meals to avoid any mild nausea.
When to Start: This is the most important part. You must start taking the tablets 3 to 4 days before your expected period date. If you start it after your period has already begun, it will not work.
How Long to Take It: Continue taking the two tablets every day for as long as you need to delay your period (throughout your home function).
When to Stop: Once your function is over and you are ready to have your period, simply stop taking the tablets. Your period will naturally start within 2 to 4 days after your last dose.
Next Steps
Please reply with the exact date your period is due. I can then calculate the exact date you should take your first pill to ensure the timing is perfect for your function.
