Regarding some diet plans
Hi I am Debolina from bangalore. I am 33 years old. My weight is 45 kgs. And since the age of 22 I have not gained so much. I eat everything with full energy. After marriage also I am the same. I have not taken any contraceptive pills also. I want to put atleast more 5 kgs. Thats it. Can you please suggest me a good diet chart?

Its important to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy products, egg, fish, etc) complex carbohydrates (oats, brown rice etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc )along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

If you are eating packed and outside food, avoid. Eat fruits on empty stomach. Eat milk products, bananas, dates & honey. Do 30 mins of body weight exercises daily.
