Regarding right ear
From last few days i was suffering from cold. when i sleep in tilted position my right ear downward situation. I feel some king of fluid touching the eardrum and feel ear blockage. When i burp air touches the eardrum i feel totaly mild pain and feel that i should do some scratch in ear... Why this is happening .

Usually due to eustachian tube dysfunction.
Take an antihistamine like tab cetzine at night for 5 days.

It may be due to Eustachian tube blockage, take nasal decongestant xylometazoline nasal drops but not more than 5 days, tablet belastine montelukast bed time
