Regarding myopia
My myopia eye number is not still. It is always increae. My age is 24 and current myopia no is -3. it always increase 0.25 to 0.5. please help how to stop or decrease it. I am work 10 hrs computer daily

Myopia becomes stable at age of 18-21 years of age.
Don't worry ...it will stabilise in near future.
Once power is stable then you can think about refractive surgery

Well it usually increase up to age of 20 to 22 yrs.later eye refractive power fix.you can not decrese it.it depends on your corneal curvature and size of your eye ball. Your power is -3.00 D
sphere. So if you wish you can go for lasik laser surgery to make glass free vision. Latest technology
is smile lasik.
