Chronic left knee pain while sitting on the floor( I have to Change my sitting position every 5 mins) mostly and mild pain after walking for 1km,no redness,swelling.an year ago I did severe cycling and treadmill in gym,and so much massage to get rid of pains,sometimes when massaging the left knee region would pain more instead of reducing (can this be a cause..) now a days my both legs feels tired not like pain ..please suggest me some tips,remedies and supplements which would help me ..is this a tear or arthritis???

Since you are young and did strenuous physical activities and have this pain for a long time probably you have injured both cartilage and internal structures. Plz get an MRI scan of knee and meet a knee orthopaedician surgeon
