Regarding medicine
I have been having dermatitis problem and doctor prescribed diprobate plus lotion. Later doctor changed to desowen lotion. Again scalp itchiness has started. Not very severe. Since I am out of station, I am not able to contact my doctor. What is the difference between these two

Don't worry...you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing this itchy sensation.. Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.
