I have a wound on my middle finger and dyshydrosis boils on the same finger only. My wound was just starting to get baby skin and the doctor prescribed momate f cream to be applied on both the boils and the wound. This has caused the skin bordering the wound to be very thin and now the wound has started to produce transparent fluid and very thin streams of blood in those fluid leaks.
Please give me some advice on what is the best way forward? Soframycin? Neosporin powder? Or anything else...
